International Presentations : Let us promote your product in the UK, Holland, Belgium and Spain.
When: Every week we hold presentations in one of the David Lloyd Leisure clubs. David Lloyd Leisure is Europe’s largest and fastest growing group of premium racquets, health and fitness clubs having 98 clubs in the UK and a further 13 across mainland Europe. They have approximately 560,000 members and employ 6,000 people.
Get involved by becoming a sponsor of our yearly charity cycling event in aid of cancer research. We ask you to make a contribution to this amazing life changing charity and we will organize presentations at David Lloyd Leisure promoting our charity event along with your company. Our presentations will offer a representative who has been trained and is well informed about the products of our sponsors. In addition to this a TV advert featuring our sponsors will play on screen continuously.
Who can be a Sponsor: Sponsors are central to the way we do business. We are looking to build long-term relationships with successful, reputable organisations where we are able to benefit our sponsors individually and the charity as a whole.
Who do we invite to the presentations : The David Lloyd Leisure clubs each have an average of 8000 members, who will all be invited. We are active with local social media to invite non-club members in conjunction with David Lloyd Leisure who will offer free incentives to attract new members.
The cost for your company: A professional campaign will require a video, a photo shoot and a virtual tour of your company. The adverts can be updated and are controlled and edited in Spain. The cost for the production of this is €3000 (plus vat). You will receive a copy of all the original footage and we will put your virtual tour on Google free of charge. We make different versions of the videos: one for the sponsor page on the website, one for social media and one for our tv adverts. Our representative will visit you so he gets to know you and your products, this is also included in the cost.
What about competition between sponsors: We look for sponsors that are not in the same area or line of products or services to avoid any conflict of trust. This also provides a full range of services to the client.
How long is the sponsorship for: The sponsorship will run on a yearly basis leading up to the charity event which takes place annually on the first Thursday in June. After that date new advertising campaigns can be arranged. We ask your company again to make a donation of your choice to the charity.
Do we ask commission? Transparency produces trust. We advertise our sponsors with complete transparency sharing name, website and contact details. In this way, clients can contact sponsors direct, missing out the 'middle man'.
An agreement can be made if a sale is reached as a direct result of our representative actively pushing a sponsor's product.
How many sponsors are participating? From the Costa del Sol, we are looking for 40 sponsors relating to the Spanish property market. Examples of these include 25 developments in different locations with varying products, a law firm, one or two furniture stores offering a wide range of merchandise covering indoor and outdoor furnishings, spa/pool company, money exchange, architect, mortgage broker, property management, car rental, car sales etc.
Attend our presentations : If you wish to send your own representative to one of our presentations you are more than welcome to come along to as many presentation days as you wish. We are planning to arrange 'open weekends' whereby a team of sponsors will be available on one day.
